In the heart of a wine-growing estate steeped in history — Château Thivin — this large 5-bedroomed gîte is an ideal place to get together in Beaujolais. It will delight small groups of family or friends with its lovely characterful interior, freshly restored, combining modernity with all the charm of the old. Wine-lovers will also be able to give their taste-buds a treat sampling the Estate’s wines (Côte de Brouilly, Brouilly, and Beaujolais Villages) in the fine cellar with its “blue stone” vault.

Ground floor:
Large living room (45 m²) opening directly onto the patio, with lounge area (TV, log-burner), dining area, and very well equipped kitchen area. Lobby. 2 bedrooms (1 double room with disabled access, 140 × 190cm bed, private shower-room including WC), (1 bedroom with 4 single beds, 2 of them as bunk-beds). Bathroom, shower-room, 2 WCs, laundry room. 

Upstairs, 2 attic sleeping areas:
1_st area:
- two open-plan communicating bedrooms with, on one side
- 4 single beds (access to shower-room),
and on the other, 2 single beds (access to shower-room),

2nd area:
- 1 bedroom with 3 single beds.

Separate WC.
Wood heating + heat-pump.
Bedding and towel hire on request: € 10/person.
Baby equipment and parlour games available.

Outside: 
Shady, fenced private patio, with pretty view over the vineyards (garden furniture, pergola, barbecue).
Shared open tarmac yard, private parking, free access to several adjoining meadows (sheep). Interested guests may be able to visit our tasting/sales area.
